Student Support

FreshAir prides itself on being able to provide individualised tailored support to our learners throughout all stages of their learning program. Whilst FreshAir will endeavour to answer all enquires as soon as possible, this can sometimes be delayed do to uncontrollable circumstances and may take up to 72 hours.

Each of the programs offered by FreshAir is delivered by a subject matter expert.  As such there is not one single contact for common contact, but an individual for the course you are enrolled in.  Your subject matter expert can assist with all enquires and should be you first point of contact in all matters.

You can locate the subject matter expert by accessing your course and and finding the people block (as shown below).  Then just click on the envelope and you can send them a message.
